Ingenico has unveiled its next generation AXIUM family of payment devices at Paytech 2026, marking a significant step forward in the evolution of POS terminals. The launch underscores the company’s strategy to modernize in-store technology with unified hardware and cloud capabilities, aligning with the growing demand among enterprises for secure, interoperable, and future-ready payment solutions.

The AXIUM portfolio covers mobile, countertop, multilane, self-service, PIN pad, and SoftPOS formats, all built on a common architecture designed to deliver consistency across global markets. Running on Android 14 and certified under PCI PTS v7, the devices are engineered for smoother upgrade cycles and stronger international readiness. Ingenico has emphasized that the new devices are designed to simplify daily operations for merchants managing large estates. Already operating across Europe, the Americas, and APAC, Ingenico 360 leverages the company’s global fleet to deliver operational flexibility and reduce technical debt.
